The best chippy in all of Flintshire. Fish tastes so fresh and delicious. The portions of chips are just the right size, not too small and not too big either. By far the cheapest too. The curry sauce is excellent too.

Honestly every time I have been the staff have been so lovely with myself and little girl. She loves getting chips before we get the bus home from mold :) the food is really fresh and nicely cooked

Found this little treasure of a gluten free fish and chip shop. Brilliant food and the customer service is brilliant, I have messaged them on Facebook to clarify something on Gluten Free and they messaged back. Totally understand the Gluten free they have a seprate frier for the fish and chips with seprate cutlery and area for the Gluten free. That's available from Thursdays to Saturday 4pm to 8pm The child's meal comes in a box with a drink, with plenty to eat. Really good size portions. Worth a visit to every one. Next time I go i will take photos

We called the big fish last Friday as I was running late and needed gluten free options the owner left the gluten free fryer on for me past 8.00pm I had gluten free fish and chips with fruity curry it was so delicious and I really couldn't tell any different all the staff were so understanding and helpful and they even have gluten free vinegar, as someone with a gluten issue it's so nice just to be able to go the local chippy like everyone else and get great food, and I can't say how much I appreciate it so a massive thankyou I'll be back again soon Wayne

I can honestly say this is the best chippy around. There isnt a lot off good old english chippies about, that do fresh chips and lightly battered fish, on request. This one does and omg, its sooooooooo nice x staff are always pleasant and prices arnt to bad either. If i have to give a negative, the parking is rubbish, but its worth a walk lol 😆

The food we had was second to none , the batter crispy and the chips fluffy . We ordered over the phone the lunch time specials and we were thrilled with the portion size and the quality of the fish and chips. The staff were so kind and helpful and informed us that we had spent enough to get two free items . We chose fishcakes and they were delicious . The curry sauce was better than the usual chip shop curry sauce and had a lovely spice to it . I was truly and thoroughly impressed and shall be returning time after time
